Suazo did an excellent cleaning job and 100% recommended

First time using a service, but I doubt many others are this good at this price. I now using them on a cadence and have no intention of stopping. 10/10 would recommend.

I hired Suazo for a cleaning prior to moving into a purchased condo. The place was empty but very dusty and needed a good clean since we had work done on the floors. They were communicative, did a walk through prior to and after services to be sure what we wanted and ensure satisfaction. They arrived promptly and brought all of their own, high quality supplies. The cleaning itself was fantastic and thorough! They really did a great job for a fair price. I will definitely use them again and strongly recommend. Couldn’t be happier.

Even my husband says the house looks “shinier” after Nidia comes. Easy scheduling and easy to work with.

They came back and did wayyyyy more than I ever expected. I just wanted the window sill wiped down and the oven door cleaned.

Here’s the twist: I wasn’t tripping. The bathroom wasn’t done before BECAUSE today when the tub was ran … It poured thru to the lower level. THIS HELPS ME IDENTIFY THE PLUMBING ISSUE but man… I have no idea how or why the only bath didn’t get touched beforehand.

Well, the oven is giving all they can give. I’m sure my mom can manage it though.as she has old school techniques that always shock me.

The windows that are double pane were opened and cleaned then cleaned the trim along the interior as well.

I can recommend the communication and honest response. She offered to come back and apologized. I respect the response to the issues and most definitely appreciate their efforts.
